- Rewards will not be distributed to users who have deleted their CoinSiren accounts by the reward distribution date.

- Data collection and the event's end time are based on the CoinSiren server time, which may result in slight discrepancies.

- Votes cast on the Korean and English versions of the same poll will be combined and counted as one when selecting winners.

- The exchange rate used to convert the amount of virtual assets paid as rewards into USD is determined based on internal standards.

- The reward distribution date and the reference period for calculating the KRW equivalent of rewards may change due to circumstances and will be announced via notification if necessary.

- If the KRW equivalent value of the virtual assets awarded as rewards exceeds 50,000 KRW, each recipient must pay approximately 22% in taxes and fees in KRW.

- Participants subject to tax deductions will be contacted individually via the email provided at registration for tax processing. Failure to respond to the email by the reward distribution date may result in disqualification from receiving the reward.

- If the total number of event participants or eligible participants is lower than the planned number of winners, fewer winners may be selected.

- Participants will be excluded from the event or disqualified after winning if any of the following apply:

l  Not a CoinSiren member

l  Kaia wallet or Galaxia wallet address not registered in [Reward Wallet]

l  Identified as having duplicate entries in a single event

l  Use of another person’s or falsified account information

l  Posting inappropriate content such as spam, profanity, or abusive language

l  Evidence of cheating or abnormal participation methods

l  Failure to respond to tax-related emails by the reward distribution date

l  Expressing refusal to accept the reward

l  Members restricted from service use due to internal regulations

- Users who registered using an Apple account and selected “Hide My Email” may be restricted from winning due to unverifiable email information.

- If disqualification or cancellation of winners occurs, new winners may be selected.
